Left for Tampa on March 8th and will be back March 14th. Will attempt to be accurate in my description of what I eat and drink. Spent yesterday trying to catch up on my sleep and trying to adjust to the time zone change and daylight savings time.
I am realizing that I need to avoid all foods that include gluten. It is not worth getting congested and feeling miserable for my craving of wheat products. I thought I could do it and suffer the consequences. It's not worth it.
Likewise there is something in diet soda (Pepsi and Coke) that causes a similar reaction as well. However 7 Up and Sprite does not affect me. I need to avoid cola products for three weeks and try it again to confirm my suspicions.
It is great to have Joan involved in the program. She is a big supporter and encourager.
