errrrrr..morning again already...gooooooooooood morning...waking up tired...hate when im still tired an its time to get up an go..not sure why im feeling tired..did wake up several times last night an rolled over to get back to sleep...plan today is to use a different elliptical (sci-fit) for as long as i can...been tryin it out for the last couple of days, but not a big fan of it...its harder but at one time thats what i thought about the other 2...so im sure sooner or later, it will be just another workout....weather channel is saying freezin rain on the way, but not sure if its here yet or not...does look like we had flurries again last night...ooooooooh...wish i wasnt still tired...but i am...time to get up an head to the kitchen...eat breakfast an wake up alot more...get this day started out right once again...have a greatttttttt one..

I know how you feel. 5:30 here and I don't much feel like waking up either. But up I am and ready to take on this day. It is 6 degrees here..mighty cold..thanking God for that car starter today. Hope you got off to the gym!

29 here right now cathy...so was warmer outside for a change...just got back from a 90 min workout at the gym...once i got there, then i was ready to get this day started...3 tvs on this morning at the gym...all infomercials...tellin you how easy it is to work off the weight...ha....if only after they showed the before pic an then the hard workouts it took to get to the after...o but that wouldnt sell the product would it...hahah...another day another workout over...

decided this morning after i came home from gym, that i might try an start doing 2 workouts every other day...just to change the pace of my workouts up..on mon,wed,friday do a weight program i have...keep my body guessing as to whats in store for it...today i just did another 30 min of cardio...but wednesday im hopin to start my weights workout...
