It looks like you just started... weight don't drop that quick. Are you calories counting? You may not be actually burning that many calories from your exercises.

I just started with this app was looking for some extra encouragement and recipes. I have been going about 6 months or more. Yes I have been counting calories. I dont eat any fast food or fried food no pop or extra sugar. been doing a vegan diet. I have had an thyroid issue the past 3 years. I have removed gluten from my diet and all. Far as the calories I do a boxing class 4x a week for an hour.

Don’t forget, muscle weighs more than fat. You may be building more muscle. Stay strong and keep up the good work. It will happen.

Don't give up you got this!!!....you say you are calorie counting but are you getting enough calories in for your body type. Remember just because your eating alot less your body has defense mechanisms built in incase you was in the wilderness if that makes sense. So make sure your getting your calories in and don't shave off to many just enough and you will see results

I also have Hashimoto's disease 😞 My current WoE is CICO. My daily routine for CO is roughly double my CI. The scale is moving down, but slowly. Don’t forget to drink lots of water 😉 Good 🍀 luck with your journey 😊

I was just diagnosed with hypothyroidism and started on medication Tuesday. Will not give up on my weight loss goals. We can do this 😊

Once you are stabilized on medications you will be able to adjust your weight. It may be slower but. I don’t have it and look how slow I’m going down. It will be ok. Don’t give up

Hashimotos can cause a lot of inflammation which makes it difficult to lose weight. Exercise can cause extra inflammation as well. Exercise will help with overall mental and physical health. May want to try the elimination diet to see if certain foods are causing issues as well

I have hashimoto and on medication. The weight loss can be really slow but you should consider an anti-inflammatory diet. It’s worked for me. At least I’m not as puffy and helps to eliminate any extra water you may be retaining

Just an idea: you might not be burning that many calories. 1000 calories an hour? When I run at a good pace, I only burn 600 calories an hour (an estimate, could be lower). One's weight will affect the number of calories burned but the estimates for an hour of boxing range from 600-1466 (in the ring). Your health issues will probably make it harder/slower, but I'd suggest maybe being more conservative in your estimation of calories burned.

Hashimotos can wreak havic on your journey. I also have it and the best advice is to give it time and stick with it. Add more protien, especially if you are working out. Google foods to avoid and ones you need more of. Take B and D vitiamins, they are usually low with thyroid issues. Good luck! 👍💜

Thanks guys I appreciate the support! Today im Down 5 lbs since last appointment in December!!! It is hard that day it was a day I put on 2lbs and was over it. I appreciate all of the positive comments and encouragement it means alot because you just disnt have to 😊 As far as the calories im burning my body type and weight for boxing in the ring is 1381 calories burn so im being conservative when I say 1000 calories a work out. My thyroid is now under control its just getting of tge weight and gaining that muscle back that Ive lost. Its just hard I put on 30lbs in months. Thats how I found out what was going on because of the weight gain. Thanks again everyone 🙏🏼😊🙋🏽

Take notice how your clothes are fitting, a lot of people notice there before they see it on the scale. You also might start taking your measurements weekly/monthly whatever works for you.
