Woop woop!! 137.6!! This is my biggest loss in a loooong time, i guess my body likes vegetarian!! Now i just gotta hope that i can keep it up!!
My first few non meat days i felt a little drained, borderline exhausted, but yesterday soemthing changed, i felt totally awake and energized, all the way through my run, i could have run more! The only reason i didnt is because i absolutley had to get home and start supper or we would have been up all night!
And to top off all the other awesomeness, its Friday!!!
