Day 3: SUCCESS (and counting!)
My Brag-points for today include: 1) Meals on track and right on target. scambled eggs: veggies ( 4 carbs), meatless crumbles (2 carbs), egg white (1 carb), cream cheese (1 carb), almonds (1 carb), and coffee with creamer (3 cbs) Dinner: veggie patty (2 c), salad (3 c), almonds (1 c), cream cheese (1 c), and coffee with creamer (2 c)
Total: 21 carbs
2) Workout 1: 60 mins on treadmill walk/run 3 min intervals, 10 each. Running speed 4.3-4.5 mph; highest 6.0; walking at 3.8. Total 431 calories, 4.18 miles
3) Workout 2: 60 mins total: 20 mins elliptical (2 miles, 200 K, resistance 7); 20 mins bike (7 miles, 80-100 mph, 83 k) 15-20 mins weight machines: 3 sets each of shoulder press, seated row, and incline flyes (3-4 weights).
Totals for the day: 21 carbs, 13.18 miles, 120 mins, 704 k burned!!
4) Didnt self-sabotage, and dont feel any need to even tho I saw a nice weight loss this morning (149.4; yesterday was 151.6; and day before was 153 something!!). Hopefully I'll keep going and meet my goal of 147 by Saturday!!!
5) My mood was a little down all day, and especially before my 2nd workout, but I didnt manage to let that get in the way of working out. I pushed myself as hard as I could. I was sweating buckets, and am happy with my performance. On to tomorrow.
