Today is 1 year since I had my bypass surgery. I have been at a standstill with weight loss since about 2 months ago. I like to lose another 25 lbs. to fee healthy and confident. I have been eating more and with that have been eating way too many carbs. Have been making a lot of homemade bread and eating it. I think I should stick with one bread type recipe and make only that one, that way I won't eat so many "samples" of the different types of bread. I need to eat more protein and less carbs. I also need become more active, but my knee problem has been an excuse for me to remain less active than I should be. This is my new start. My daughter is also on this program and I hope she will support me in this weight goal. 1/20/11
