Going down slowly...that's okay, but I need to really get my head in the game if I'm going to reach my goal. When there is only 10 or less lbs to lose (for me anyways) it requires that much more diligence and compliance to get it done. The warmer months are fast approaching, and I don't want to be uncomfortable in my summer clothes.

It's interesting to read this... I get the same feeling but always thought it was because I'd had a much longer road to this point so once again I'm always ... hmm.. struggling for a word here... amazed, relieved, surprised, intrigued, that people who have 'not' been morbidly obese like me still have that 'last 10lb' struggle. Being MO for most of my life I would always 'scoff' at those women saying ' I just want to lose 10lbs' or the commercials for weight loss plans or on magazine covers promising 'lose 10lbs in a month' and I would think 'ten? I need to lose 100+... what's the point?' and then when I would lose it.. the last 10 didn't seem as important. I know they are; I know I'm just stalling out here in 'accepting myself land' while I get over the crap in my life that took me up to the 100+lb to lose marker but I guess this is a long rambling way of saying I do understand it now. Yes, we do want to be more comfortable in our summer clothes don't we :-)
