I went to New York and Company to try on some pants. Former size 8 is now a (slightly tight) size 4!

Last night I cooked a bunch of pasta and prepared meals for the next few days. Everything is already portioned out, so it's like having a microwave dinner that is actually home made. No more eating random leftovers at work! The other day I ate refried beans and cottage cheese. The day before that, spaghettios and an orange. Pasta with alfredo and tomato sauce, sugar snap peas, and mushrooms will be a nice change.

Wow, you are really eating healthy. Thanks for the tip. Preparing meals ahead of time will avoid stuffing food in my face when I am hungry.

Mara, I just looked at your weight. You lost 20 lbs? Wow! Congratulations! You have met your goal of 130 lbs. Now you have a new goal? 120lb.? Might be too low for you Mara. I don't want you to get anerexic......
