gooooooooood tuesday morning...40 and raining...yes raining but as the temps fall...it will change over to a light dusting of snow they say...id rather have the snow then the freezin rain...the 1.5 hour workout i did yesterday morning...really zapped my energy level yesterday...was almost 2pm before i finally started getting my energy back...so guess i got a greattttttt workout...the scales are smiling once again this morning...already been on them..but gonna wait alittle while longer this morning before i record the loss...the plan today is to do another 1.5 hour workout...build my workout time up so i can get longer workouts in...challenge my body...keep it working at burning the calories...thats the name of this game...woke up early...guess i got my 8 hours...i kno when i layed down last night..i couldnt seem to get comfy in bed...but after a few minutes...i was out like a rock...and now im ready to rock an roll...but to early to head to the gym yet...so will kill another hour an a half on line i guess...have a greattttttt day everyone..

back from the gym...1.2 hours...decided to leave while i could still walk out...lol...didnt want to be as wore out today as i was yesterday...

thanks everyone...when i left the gym this morning felt just like i did yesterday like i left all my energy at the gym...came home an drank a protein shake and ate tuna tryin to replace my energy faster...im ready for tomow...hopefully a longer workout...
