supply teacher's Journal, 21 February 2007

Lost 3/4 pound I have never been on a plan where I have lost everyday! Walked,cycled and swam yesterday but back at work today so can not keep up this level of activity. Beginning to think about chocolate..it seems so far into the future when I'll be allowed any.. Hope everyone has a good day!
134.3 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.3 lb a week

This sure is the right plan for you, but don't be discouarged when you do eventually get a flat or up arrowed day, the body takes its time and it can't always be smooth sailing.

Absolutely right....we're all gonna hit plateaus. I'm in one right now, but I refuse to give up! Way to go!!
