gooooooooood mornin everyone!!!...where do the weeks go...friday again...much warmer today...25..so going to the gym for the first time in several days..even been thinkin of going on saturday an sunday since ive been gone from the gym cause of the colder weather..just to get bck into a routine...brian called yesterday an i went out to help him put a air tank back into place so he would be able to use his air compressor in his shop...we got that set up, but he called last night an said there was a few leaks in his line so he would have to still do a few tweaks on it...but thats something he can do ...once he gets it all set up then hes got another van to work on...another transmission to replace...was so nice here yesterday with all the sun shinnin...but ther was a cool wind chill...but today thats suppose to change an come from the south...so warmer temps...and the snow will change to water...so instead of snow, will be wadin water..lol...o well...i was tired of lookin at snow...so thanks to all that sent it my way..if you want to send something send the warm weather for the rest of the season...im ready to enjoy it...i was tired when i come home from brians but had my salad like usual..so was happy i had it..but then right before bed i had a relaspe and ate some tater chips..shame on me..i knew better..but they tasted good..well its showin this morning just a bit..so good thing its warmer so i can go an sweat em off...well hope everyone is doing great...enjoy friday best you can!!!...catch you all later!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!

6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR SALT INTAKE !!!!!
13. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
14. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
15. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
16. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
17. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

Who put those potato chips in your house? Did some bad guy sneak into your house and put those rotten old things in your cupboard? Shame on him! He-he-he-he-he-he! What is your "fat" secret for staying with the exercise so long? I am starting to get stale. I seem to recall your taking a break for a fairly long period of time - several days? I am afraid to do that! Any tips?

first day back in the gym...an i can tell i have been gone...was hard to get my routine done...but i kno that it will just be a matter of time before i am back up to what i was doing...its good to take time off...gives your body the needed rest you cant get in 24 hours...if you watch what you eat while your off from exercising, then your body will continue to burn like usual..i was afraid the first time i took time off from the gym for several days, but i kno deep inside that i want to stay healthy an that exercising is just part of that plan along with the eating part...for me its harder to do the eating plan then it is the exercise part...cause i like to many temptations...lol...an with summer just around the corner im already thinkin outside routine and enjoyin the sun once again..was little bag of baked tater chips that i bout ..but my mouth is sore in the corners from the salt...serves me right huh...lol...you have to make the exercise enjoyable to stick with it..i guess my fs secret to stayin so long with the exercise is to find some upbeat music that you can really get into when your walking or workin out so that the time just seems to pass by before you get bored with it...

I agree with you about the upbeat music. I have about 5 playlists I use when I workout. There are some good tunes on there. And I'm glad you finally got nice enough weather to head to the gym. I'm sure you'll be down what you were up this morning in no time. And baked chips? Hard to feel guilty about baked chips. You're doing fine. ; )
