Catching up!!!

Saturday, the 31st: Mostly good meals in the day, worked out, bought groceries etc. Two events in the evening, one was great and the other bombed as far as my diet was concerned. At the winetasting, i only had 3-4 sips of my wine, and ate cheeses and skipped the crackers, fruits, and other items...felt good about myself until the 2nd event, which was a dinner at a friend's place. Lot of foods...ate some bad stuff, high fats and high carbs...mud pie, popcorn, pasta, potatoes, cheese fondue laced with alcohol etc.

Sunday, the 1st:
Didnt eat the whole day, and had 1 cup of coffee until about 6 pm. Therafter I ate a big tofu salad, some cheese, almonds etc. Thought my calories would have balanced out from yesterday..No workout today! :(

Monday, the 2nd:
Didn't work out today either!! Meals consisted of a scrambled egg thing for brunch, and a big salad for dinner. Did pretty well on carbs.

Tuesday, the 3rd:
Pretty good day today. Didnt eat all day, but had a big stir fry with veggie dogs at about 5-ish in the evening, and that served as breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Also had a bag of peanuts.
Work out was slow, but did 30 mins on the treadmill and about 15-20 on the elliptical. Little sleep the previous night, and tired from the whole day so just couldnt muster up energy for a serious workout.

Wednesday, the 4th:
Woke up to see 1 lost a pound, so was 149.6!!! Reminded myself to not self-sabotage this...and guess what? All day long I did the worse kind of damage!
Breakast: coffee and raspberry scone from starbucks.
Lunch: salad pizza topped with ceasar salad.
Snack: 1 bag of peanuts.
Dinner: Pizza delivery: 3/4 veggie pizza with deep dish and extra cheese!!!
To top it off, I feel tired and havent worked out any!

BIG REMINDER: AS OF TODAY, NO MORE CHECKING MY WEIGHT FOR 10 DAYS!!!! UNTIL I LOSE SOME DECENT WEIGHT, KEEP IT OFF, and GET GRIP ON THIS CONTINUOUS SELF-SABOTAGE STREAK!!! Next weigh-in: Sat, the 14th!!!! (If all goes well, I hope to see 147 or so pounds there then!)

You know what, the scale is not your friend! When your weight is up, you feel like crap and eat junk, when your weight is down, sometimes you eat junk then too b/c you feel you have a little wiggle room! Good idea on not weighing in as much for lots of reasons...

I'm having a hard time fitting in the exercise too. :( Do the best you can staying on track food-wise and you should see some more results. Try to fit in exercise when you can....even if it's just 10 minutes. (Look who's talking though...LOL) Why does this have to be so dang hard???!!! Another thing I noticed is that you are not eating anything all day long on some days. You should try to at least have a little snack every 3 - 4 hours to keep your metabolism going and so that you don't go overboard when you finally get a meal in the evening. C'mon Sista Friend! You CAN DO this! BTW, kudos on the loss! (((HUGS)))

i can so relate, why do we do this to ourselves? last WW weigh in i was up 1.4, cannot stand when i do this to myself. know that your not alone, if you have any insight, please let me in on it too. a new day is here so here's to starting over!!!!!!
