goooooood mornin everyone!!!...just so hard to crawl outta a nice warm bed when its below 0 outside...but at least the wind quit blowin as bad...was miserable gettin out yesterday...tried to stay in as much as i could, but there was times i just had to get out...already been on the scales to see if that popcorn i had yesterday afternoon affected me but i think i flushed it out with all the water i drank yesterday...scales was the same today as yesterday...im ready to get back to the gym an workout, but gonna wait till the temps get bck into the 20s or so...also hoping that within the next few days since its gonna be in the 50s that i can start doing a morning walk again...get back into a regular morning routine again...need to do some cookin again today to keep ahead on that...been reading about ginger an how its suppose to help speed up your metabolism as is several other herbs...i still have some kick'n chicken to use up, might use some of that today since i havent had any in about a week or so ...put alittle spice in the food to give it some kick...and also after i get done eating it i can feel myslf gettin flush from the heat its causing..lol..regardless of how much water you drink to put out the fire...lol..also been thinkin about how happy i am with myself for stayin on track with both my eating and exercising when i can...sure ther are days i just dont want to do any exercise, but as long as i watch my food intake then missing an exercise routine doesnt seem to affect the scales any...in fact ive been droppin pounds lately an havent been on a regular exercise routine cause of the weather outside just being to dang cold to want to get out in it to get a gym routine done for the day...so eating right an keepin that metabolism workin will still work off the weight...and i also think that its good to give my body a break like i have, just to keep it guessin as to whats in store for it...well tummy is talkin to me once again...guess its hungry ...catch you all later...have a great hump day!!!!

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!
2. YOU ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE !!!!!
4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR SALT INTAKE !!!!!
13. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
14. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
15. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
16. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
17. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

What an interesting point about ginger. I love the flavor and aroma of ginger. In what kinds of foods do you eat ginger? The only way I know it is ginger bread! Not so healthy! You gotta be kiddin' about the temperature! Baby! It's cold outside! Have a good one today! Thanks for being so supportive and so matter of fact on my journal yesterday.

Goner is great with oriental flavors as well. Do a stir fry with ginger and lite soy and maybe a bit of honey or stevia....mmm snow peas, bamboo shoots anything you like in there. Chicken is good with many of the ginger flavors. Look up oriental recipes.

now cobra!!!!...you see why i think the tube that george jetson gets into to shoot himslf to work and or anyplace would be a great way to get past the cold mornings outside huh...lol

heat wave??? that's funny! wow look at that graph going down! you're doing sooooo good,keep it up,bro!!!8-) oh,and about ginger, it is awesome with cooked carrots. i also have a recipe called orange ginger chicken and rice that's really good. if you'd like i can share it with ya.
