gooooooooooood morning...guess when you wake up an shut off the alarm clock an go back to sleep, means your to tired to do a morning gym workout...so...guess il take today an tomow off again an get rested for next week...slept almost 9-10 hours...did get up several times to drain the kidney...but soon as i layed back down i was out once again...when i was at the gym yesterday they had a new machine...was called jacobs ladder...guess they have one on the biggest loser...but i havent seen anyone use it yet...so not really sure how it works..from what i read on the internet its the newest treadmill...well since i havent ate since 2 pm yesterday guess il do a detox...since i already have a great start on one...lol...scales are up again...and i kno its from all the carbs i been eating..gonna have to get a handle on all of that...bread..even wheat seems to put the weight on me ...and it was hard not to cave yesterday an have a sandwich of some kind...but them days are over...get off the bread and cut the carbs ..get back on track...and do my best...warmer temps today..snow is melting ..but another storm is coming by monday they say....64 days to spring.... and im ready...lol....well gonna make the bad and get a cup of tea....get the water flowing in...so i can drain it again...lol..have a greatttttttttt one...

Man I wish I could sleep that long so I can catch up but here I am up again with not enough sleep. Once I wake up I have a hard time getting back to sleep. Mouth was hurting so got up to take tylenol and then brain kicks in and forget it. lol I have never heard of that treadmill so I am going to look it up. So how will you fill your day today?

not really sure how i will keep active today..still sittin in front of the computer at the moment..im sure the gym is whats wearing me out so much...the hour i spent on the elliptical yesterday was about 2000 calories...and even though i did other errands yesterday i did fall asleep right before lunch time...lol...but only for 10 minutes or so..then got up an did some errands again...mabye you need to take teh tylenol before you go to bed...mabye it would relax you and at the same time take care of the pain longer...have a great one...and relaxxxxx today enjoy the down time...

Thanks I have been switching between tylenol and motrin 600mg of each to see which helps better. I took the motrin for many days because i thought that would help better with the swelling. Switched to tylenol yesterday...Need to take it every 3 hours...that's all it seems to help for. Still taking antibiotics so hopefully this will get better today. I did some puttering around, had some coffee and am on the computer now but my eyes are getting tired maybe I will rest.,

Jacobs Ladder sounds intriguing for sure. I love my Stair Master at the gym although I used to call it the Stair Monster...now it is just Dancing with the stairs!... Please let us know if you try it and what you think about the machine. Have a great weekend. TOWANDA!!!!

Just checked that out. It looks like quite the work out. Climbing up and down that. Let us know if you try it and how it feels. I'll bet it works really well but I bet it's very tiring. Hope you are enjoying your day...man it is going fast...we have tons of snow here. Just finished part 1 of my kettlebells beginner and now going to tackle the intermediate if I can...

just watched a short video on the jacobs ladder..and as you climb the ladder that affects how fast you go...climb fast you go farther up ladder slow down you go down to bottom of ladder...might try it next time...im sure it will be a workout...
