GOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...already been on the scales again this morning..and its still droppin...just cant believe all this is workin again...i have been watchin my salt like a hawk..and i havnt been cheating ..what ever i put on my food menu is what i eat..no extra..and its payin off..i have started doing like a 5-10 min exercise routine right before i crawl in bed at night..just easy moves..toe touches, body twists...simple moves..thinkin if i exercise right before i go to bed, il burn a few extra calories...so far that theory seems to be workin really well...well something is as my weight is down even more today...and like i said yesterday i didnt really even get a regular workout in..gonna try on them 42s again later today since the weight is comin off like it is...mabye i wont have to lay on the bed to get them to fasten...lol..on to another thought...gotta go to the store today...and get some canned no salt added veggies..and some more tuna to mix in with them for lunch..and my lettuce for salads..just a few things...get some banannas so i have the energy to do my workouts ..i kinda think thats what was wrong yesterday morning, but not sure..i kinda think alot of my not wanting to work out has to do with losing weight and not being in the mood after im on the scales..here i am burning calories and not gettin in my exercise like i was say 3 -4 weeks ago...but i kno i need to do the workouts just to keep my body guessing...

eenie meanie minie mo...o where o where shall i point this snow...it comes from the west i have no choice...all i can do is point it at best...i kno that no one wants it...i had no choice..it came my way...and now all i can do is say enjoy your day...and the white stuff thats comin your way!!!!


MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!
2. YOU ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE !!!!!
4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
11.1 KEEP TRACK OF YOUR SALT INTAKE !!!!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

Wow, your snow sending powers must be really strong - its arrived in Scotland today! I've been reading your journals about shovelling snow and now I'm doing the same! It looks lovely, but I'd rather you sent it somewhere else tomorrow-I've had my share. Well done on the loss

Awesome Mike! You are one determined guy - and quite an inspiration. I will be thinking of you while I am sweating during my 2 hour workout tonight - 1 hour cardio and 1 hour strength training. Keep looking forward and maintaining that healthy lifestyle!

no gym workout this morning...temps have been droppin all morning..down to like 9 above and with wind 9 below...so no outside activity is planned today...am gonna go to the store even though i dont want to..need some stuff...then back home where its warm...

Aww Mike I'm so happy you're losing. I've got to start watching my salt intake. I never even thought about that until you mentioned it to me. But once I finish all my frozen Lean Cuisines (can't let it all go to waste, right?) I will most certainly start doing that. Thanks for the tip. Good luck getting those jeans on. I'm sure they'll fit!!
