Sure you do! You just have to find it! Take it one day at a time. Start making small changes you can live with. Tomorrow start adding more fruit in to your diet. Then more vegetables. Go to some new sites and pick out a couple of new lighter recipes to try. Get a food scale, food cups and measuring spoons. You need to find ways to excite yourself and find your motivation/determination. Sometimes you gotta fake it till you make it. Go to Walmart and get a cork board. Turn it in to an inspiration board. Put pictures, quotes, recipes on it. Anything that inspires you. Write down all the reasons why you want to lose weight and put them where you can see them all the time. Put the scale in front of the fridge. Get a new workout outfit and go to the library and try some some workout dvds. Walk Away The Pounds" dvds are great for the winter and for beginners. Exercise is great for the stress in our lives, it helps burn calories, helps you lose fat, and keeps your heart healthy. You don't have to change overnight, but just going out and taking steps can make you feel so good. Aim for 10% of your weight. Losing in small increments is much easier than tackling it all at once. Some great sites for recipes: Emilybites.com, Laaloosh.com, Skinnytaste.com, Skinnykitchen.com and Cookinglight.com Now get to it!!! Walk Away The Pounds" are great for the winter and for beginners.

Thank you! I only have 15 or so lbs to go. I eat way too much fruit. I do need to eat more veggies, I measure everything,I do need a new food scale but I'm good with cups and spoons. I'm a gym rat, and a runner, I lift heavy( my gym partner is a figure competitor), do Intensity and or P90X at least once a week and other classes. We just got new weight lifting routines. I will check out the websites for recipes some of them I never heard of. I'm mostly gluten and dairy free so "normal food" is not an option most of the time.
