goooooooood morning....heat wave this morning 26 with a wind chill of 12...suppose to warm up today, but then...another storm coming thru...didnt sound good...snow, freezing rain, ice...you name it...less it changes...o well...that time of year...slept 8 straight hours last night..i was tired..i could tell cause i had one of them i cant stop eating nights...ate way over what i normally do..and i didnt even taste most of it...just tired an wanted it...sooooo gettting ready to get dressed and ready for the gym...can sweat it off this morning...lol...probly go tomow to gym to make up for missing wednesday...but will probably take sunday off at least...not sure yet..just depends on how body feels by then...right now to early to have to think to much...mind i think is still asleep an im on autopilot...with i had layed stuff out last night, so i would be sure to get everything i need before i get to the door an remember i need something..lol...just not with it yet...well...need to get up an moving...i see its gonna be one of them mornings...when i wake up at the gym...lol...have a great one...

It's cold here too. we have 18 degrees with a high of 23! Oh well it is winter and as fast as she came she will be gone...at least we hope. Your diet calendar sure doesn't look like you went overboard eating. I think I could eat you under the table lol...I guess that's my problem...I AM ALWAYS HUNGRY!!!! lol It's Friday!!!! Yea! Enjoy!!!

back from a workout...did alot of sweating hopefully that sweated out alotta the salt from yesterday..weight is up but i figured it would be...couple of nomal days an im sure it will be back in order again...

In your gym do they have a sauna? Last night when I went to my gym I went into the sauna for the first time this winter and thought to myself..."It is summer in here" lol....You are really doing very well! four Season people have a huge challenge as I am sure you would much rather stay in bed snuggled up! TOWANDA!!!!!!

no no sauna in the gym...as for the cold weather an stayin in bed..really id rather be walking outside or riding my 10 speed to get my workouts... instead of being in the gym, but with the snow/ice...no walking or riding 10speed right now...
