1858 kcal Fat: 81.46g | Prot: 96.98g | Carb: 196.43g.   Breakfast: pomegranate, Old Fashion Oatmeal, half and half, coffee, skim milk, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal. Lunch: apple, Swiss Muesli no added sugar, trader joes unsalted peanut butter, celery, true north almond clusters, kefir. Dinner: olive oil, applegate roasted turkey, 50% reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, eckrich ready crisp bacon, trader joe's 100% wholegrain bread, celery, lemon juice, romaine lettuce, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, Zucchini. Snacks/Other: land o lakes sugar free whipped cream, sugar free jello, apple, roasted unsalted almond. more...
