goooood sunday mornin everyone!!!...went out yesterday thinkin i could help the ice on the drive come off faster, but just wasnt enough water under it to break it lose...so didnt spend alotta time outside messin with it...instead just took it easy yesterday..but temps are suppose to be warm again today so might go out again this afternoon and see if i can help the drive get rid of its extra layers so you can actually seen the concrete drive..tomow is gym day again..an im ready to get bck into the gym an get started on a week of exercise..already been on the scales and happy to report that 300 is in the past...hopefully ...lol...lost another pound an its odd how you dont always have to workout for it to come off..these last 2 years have really been a learning experience when it comes to gettin the weight off..eat better and exercise an the flab comes off..but along with that i think watching the salt intake is also necessary..i was reading fakeplasticlala's journal the other day about how the food industry jacks up the price for eating healthy ...its a shame..but at the same time..most times if you read the labels on the low fat compared to the regular of whatever..your ahead to just eat the regular...yeah they might be lower in calories but its higher in salt or carbs..or vise versa...thats one thing i do before buyin alot of things anymore i will compare 2 products with the labels...its just like all the ads you see on tv an the internet...NEW NEVER BEFORE SEEN WAY OF LOSING 30 POUNDS IN 2 WEEKS!!...ONLY 19.99...give me a break...if your gonna throw that money away ..then throw it my way..save your money eat right an exercise..no magic pill, no magic food, no magic diet...its true not every diet or food program works for everyone..but finding one that works for you and then stickin with it and doing the best you can from one meal to the next is what its all about...instead of gettin discouraged an givin up you have to keep tellin yourslf that you can do this...that you didnt get over weight in one day and its not gonna all come off in one day, but...with each meal and dedication...it will come off...and once you get it off, then you have to keep doing what you did to get it off, or you will be back sittin on the couch watchin tv and makin those unhealthy food choice an packin it back on...here its feb already an im gettin antsy for spring and gettin out in the yard an mowin already...an doing other outside work around the house...im gonna grow tomatoes again this year in 5 gallon buckets..and might try to grow some other stuff..not sure yet...not really alot of yard room plus to many squirrels lookin for a free snack...well...i need to get up an moving...i want to get on the floor an do some strethin today an my tummy is talkin to me ..since i havnt ate since 5 last night...so ..have a great day!!!...keep that body guessin whats in store for it!!!

9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

after i weighed this morning..then i thought mabye i should try gettin those 42s on...well i jumped up an down 10 or more times..thought of all the ways i could an then layed on the bed an sucked it in an got em buttoned...lol..no i didnt jump up an down first, but i did lay on the bed..yes they felt like they was o so tight, but more motivation to do the best i can at makin them get loser so i can wear em ...instead of the baggy 44s...lol..

Way to go for you - Mr. Size 42! Woo hoo! I relate so much to your observation about lose a million pounds in one week rip off's. The weight loss industry certainly preys on people who want the immediate quick fix. I noticed how many individuals joined Fat Secret in January and are now nowhere to be seen. i guess what set me off this morning was all the info commercials about all the gimmicks to buy to get the weight off...instead of spending that money...sit down an think...you still gotta eat right an exercise to work the weight off...no easy fix to it..if there was an easy fix...i wouldnt still be tryin to work off what i have to get off...id be tryin it...but ive learned ther is no easy fix...just came in from breakin up the ice under all the snow left on the drive..with 43 degrees outside..figured it would be a great day to get out an get some exercise breakin up the ice and seein the drive again...still got some left..dont want to get it all done today...lol..might need some more outside time tomow..lol
