I feel very guilty about my caloric intake yesterday. I would like to be at 1000 extra calories burned a day. My husband's doritos lunch did not help! I loved the tofu stir fry I made though. But of course the kids couldn't shut up over how much they did NOT like it.
Today Billy is back to work, and I am on my own with all the kiddos, the house, my work, meals, workout, and chores, and only one car (so I'm taking Billy to and from work also). I'd work out twice a day if I could find the time (but doubtful I can).

Goal: burn 2500 calories, intake 1500

I weighed on my scale today at 159. I was thinking what I weigh on my home scale should be 5 less then the doctor's scale, so that would mean I'm up another 3 lbs in only one day (164), so that just can't be right. I'm thinking clothes might weigh more than I think. So I will weigh again on Saturday, naked, first thing in the morning and see what we get. My scale is digital. The doc's office is digital. The gym's scale is a standard old fashion one. With my scale showing 159 today, and the gym showing 159 yesterday, I'm thinking that is accurate now (which makes me very sad considering I have worked out eeryday!)
On the bright side...my arms are looking AMAZING! Yes I feel like I could be a bicep model. :)
