BOOYAH !!! Confirming reduction in sizes. Tried on some suits last night for big meeting today with the buyers of our company. The 24's were all swimming on me, time to get those to the consignment shop.

Funny how MENTALLY I still thought I was that size but when I look in the mirror I DO see a smaller me. (Still alot of work to do on the behavioral issues)

Tried the 22's, still pretty loose fitting and didn't look too sharp. OK...could it be so??? tried the 20's and they fit! I think I will be able to get thru winter with these. Pretty good timing because once spring is here I will be able to take a shopping spree for some new cute duds!
I have a full array of clothes in all these 3 sizes so my need to go out and buy new stuff so far has been pretty nil. No wonder I don't have any closet space!

Good for you and you know what they say. Just get rid of the ones that don't fit because you are not going back there. Don't keep them!!

AWESOME!!! I have to work on that part too.. I still think I am the size I was when I started even though I see a smaller me when I look in the mirror.

The clothes thing is so interesting. I am always surprised when stuff is too big, and smaller things fit. They say you should definitely get rid of the big stuff, so if clothes start to get tight, you know you have work to do. Those of us that have had weight that has gone up and down over the years already know about that though. But now we are all going to be succesfful in losing and keeping it off, so get rid of those big clothes, make room in your closet, and buy new ones!

OK, I will start to unload the big clothes, but I am going to keep my biggest jeans, a pair of shorts and a top for pictures when I reach my ultimate goal, whatever and whenever that is going to be I am thinking about 1.5 - 2 years. I will be taking those ultimate before and after pictures that's for sure!

That's AWESOME!! And you know what? Smaller size clothes actually take up less space somehow... well, especially packing a suitcase! Celebrate EVERY milestone like this! And it'll be the only time you have to say goodbye to 22's and 24's, right? :D

I'm with Cathy....Let em go! We all have each other's backs now and can keep at our ideal weight I just know it! Keeping your favorite sized 24 outfit and wearing it at goal weight sounds like a wonderful idea. Take your picture in the clothes, and then gift them to your local Good Will or someone who may appreciate them! TOWANDA!!!!!!
