I did 40 minutes on the treadmill this morning and then drank a USANA shake before remembering I needed to weigh in today. So I will weigh in tomorrow. We ate out five times last week, so I'm not hopeful.
Yesterday at the store I bought lean cuisine/weight watcher frozen meals so my goal is to drink a shake in the morning and then have the frozen meals for lunch/dinner.
Hubby won't want them so I'll have to figure out something for him.
