Weight is 203.4. Progressing to my 2/14/14 goal of being under 200 pounds. Looks like I will make it.

I am finding the balance between calories, net carbohydrates and protein to effectively lose weight. I need to tweak my calories to be between 1000 to 1100 calories.

Joan has discovered some interesting correlations between calories and weight loss. Good for her!
