This is my first day on my diet. I had a protein shake for breakfast, a piece of pizza and a small salad for lunch, Taco Bell for dinner, and some brown rice with mango for a snack. I walked around cranes roost twice.
I really want to lose weight, I'm only 18 and I feel ugly. This isn't how it should be. I want to be healthy for my son. My goal weight is 130-135
