Probably ordered restaurant food online much more frequently than usual over the holidays. Always ordered the best options nutritionally wise, but restaurant meals typically are almost twice as large as a meal I would make myself and are usually loaded with sodium. I have to watch my sodium intake due to high blood pressure in the past. Have been off blood pressure medication the past four months after monitoring sodium intake over the past year. Try to limit sodium to under 2000 mg/day with a goal of 1500 mg/day. Blood pressure has stayed below 120/80 the past four months without medication. Maintained my weight over the holidays.
140.8 lb Lost so far: 64.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love ordering restaurant food, but you’re right about the quantity of food, it is always enough for two, yet when it is delicious it’s hard to share. 😊
