Nice game plan as usual in mixing up your routine so that it does not become a rut. What can I say about popcorn? Well. The thing about popcorn is that is always smells so much better than it tastes. After eight years of grade school and high school football, basketball, and baseball concession stand popcorn, one burns out. The pears on your food diary look much better! Have a delightful day!

Hehe...didn't notice my big toe on your scale this morning, did you! Paybacks!! Great job getting your workout in, even though you aren't 100%. I eat my popcorn with nothing on it, usually. I bought a special microwave popcorn popper (its just a hard plastic bowl with a vented lid - I think Walmart carries them) and just pop it plain. It takes some getting used to. Actually, last night I sprinkled parmesan cheese on it. Yum!

Amryk and Mr. Fun- You two get along, now... Keep your toes to yourselves. LOL! You are doing great with your exercise, Mike! Hope you get to feeling 100% soon!

What's this about toes? Whose toes? Let's not tie up the chat lines and start a toe jam! Get it? Toe jam? Sorry. Say - Mr. Fun. We were looking at treadmills today and I thought of both you going to the morning gym and amryk. These treadmills were soooooooo out of our league - like $4,000. I thought, "Why is my husband even talking to this guy?" Anyway! I think the brand name was "Procor." Something like that. Top of the line!

brrrr I shiver at the thought of those temps! It was positively balmy here today. I went for a walk this evening in long sleeves but no jacket and it was very comfortable. The days are getting a little longer already. Looking forward to spring!

when buying exercise equipment you get what you pay for...and at the same time its an investment into a healthier exercise routine as well..for when you cant get outside to get that daily exercise...even when you get to maintance, exercise is still part of the routine...
