Lunch yesterday - Inside-Out Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Ingredients: ONE slice Pepperidge Farm Light 7-Grain Bread, 2 slices Sargento Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices. Place one slice of cheese on each side of bread. Preheat Copper Chef skillet. Place cheese/bread in pan, with one slice underneath bread and one slice on top. Cook until bottom slice is very bubbly and crispy and no longer sticks to pan. Turn and crisp other slice of cheese. STATS: Calories=205; Net Carbs = 8; Fiber-1g; Fat=14g. An actual SANDWICH for only 8 Net Carbs! Mmmm, good!
