I have to be on Rocco keto cleanse to get a one pound drop. I earned that drop but why can’t I get more of those. Why.
I made my own beef bone broth- so much better than store bought. And very easy.
My kids bought me bulletproof mct oil. I’m going to give it a try today.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 30.1 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Go easy on the oil when you start... can be hard. i have never heard of Rocco keto cleanse... I will look at that... hope you can get that keto going. My advice is always less than 20 carbs!

I second Liv's comment... start at 1tsp or LESS with the MCT oil. As one person put it, "careful or you'll have explosive pants!"

Yes I been less than 20 carbs typically. But shot up in calories over holidays and did have a cheat of mashed potato. Which I will tell you if not for the butter it would have just tasted like paste. Funny how we think we miss things until we have them to find they aren’t that great in the first place. Rocco’s cleanse is really just have keto coffee, bone broth, and one salad meal with a protein and fat. For three days
