I don't feel well today ... had a rough night and I'm feeling really depressed I think I'm just going to stay in bed today.


I feel like when i was skinny people cared for me more and worried about me but now that i have the weight its like they think I'm an invincible force with no feelings ... when in reality your just a weak and vulnerable if not more.

Good morning A_New_Healthy_Me. I felt the need to offer support in the form of a prayer for you. One for protection, healing, and love. We're all here because we're trying to improve ourselves, but it doesn't matter to me what size a person is. We all need respect and love no matter what size, shape, or color the package we come in, so to speak. Hoping you'll feel better soon.

Lifting you up in prayer too. I think many of us feel down this time of year. I try to find even one thing a day to be thankful for. Helps change my perspective. Smile. It warms the soul. Have a great day! You can do this.

Get up and do something anything that would make you feel better. Being tired is rough bad nights suck. But only one person in you life can make a difference and that person is YOU! Don't over think things today just go forth and conquer your day 😃 there are people that care. Look at you comments.
