gooooooood morning...so glad im joining the gym later today...27 with a wind chill of 19....i did think about going for a walk, but decided to just stay in and stay warm...lol...o well...probably have errands to do later..an will have to get out...hate this time of year when its to cold to get out....sun did shine yesterday thru the windows..an it felt so goooooood....i enjoyed that..but outside was just down right cold...well..not alot new..the green tea still taste nasty...but with the protein mix mixed in with it...not to bad..and yes it does circulate the water thru your body quite nicely....lol..and thats a good thing...weight is up a couple of pounds that im hopin i can shed by tomow morning when i weigh once again...i do weigh each morning same time, naked as a jay bird...as it seems to keep me more on track of where i am with my journey and what im achieving....tomarrow my journaling will be around 6am...as i will BE AT THE GYM ENJOYING A WORKOUT FOR A CHANGE...im ready...ready to get a workout once again...something new to make my body wonder what the heck is this...what the heck is going on here...and im really looking forward to the workouts...sweating and working off and or toning up my muscles and working off more of the flab i carry as a reminder of why this is so important to me...to be healthier then i am now...to have a body thats firmer with less flab around my tummy...my goal is to hit my next mini goal an reset it once again...been tryin to hit 295 forever...but just never could seem to hit it...and alot was the way i was eating...even though i was getting the exercise i was still eating whatever i wanted...ice cream, cookies, you name it...where as now the ice cream is out of my life...the cookies stay at the store...and if mom decides to bake, its for our next door neighbor or one of her friends..and she gives the major part of the cookies away..an thats fine...one cookie is plenty for me now...well enough babblin for now...need to get up an get my cup of green tea....yummy...lol...if only...if it was good, it would contain calories, sugar, fat, salt...alll the bad things you dont need...when you eat or drink something now a days....have a greattttttttttttttt day....

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU
ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR
TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE
EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO
300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!
11. AND AS LISA ONLINE WOULD SAY...."Have Fun"! TOWANDA!!!!!

Morning Loosin..you sound well today and looking forward to your new routine tomorrow. I wish I could exercise now but I will have to wait until I get home later today. Have a great Monday and I will miss you in the morning as you will be off to the gym!
