That's why sometimes it is not good to tell your husband that you are doing a diet programme... if you eat anything that is a bit different that you told him he will look at you differently and ask if you should be eating this...

That's one reason that I think some things should be kept in secret! If I didn't mention anything whatever I eat will be fine/normal and then when I get thin: "surprise!" now it will be like monitoring the fridge at all times... I really don't like this! :(

My suggestion: if you have someone in your family or around you that behaves similarly, don't mention that you are doing any diet. JUST DO IT! and when you reach your goal they would be surprised. Otherwise you will just have pressure and expectations on you!!!
