The scale moved - always a good start to one's day!

Hope everyone is safe in this weather. We had record cold this morning here in the Sunny South. The only good thing - a one hour delay to the opening of work! I confess I do enjoy sitting around just relaxing for an hour (yes, I know I should be on my elliptical - but that is not happening). Think 'll curl up under a fuzzy blanket and read a book!

Mom - Yes, this makes 3 pounds this week. And the really strange thing is that I am not hungry. I'm usually always hungry.

That is just awesome! I lost the 7 lbs that I put on Christmas. Now I am waiting for more to drop off but it hasn't happened yet. Guess that first loss was a fluid loss for me.
