gooooooood sunday morning...days are going by quick...2 more days an i will be headed to the gym about 5am to start doing a morning workout...i cant wait to get back into that habit again...so lookin forward to it...i drank some green tea yesterday..since i was tryin to detox..thought id give it a try...yuck like drinkin green grass...but this morning when i weighed in i see it works...plan on detoxing again today as well...already have a 12 hour start on it...so plan on tryin to make it longer today then i did yesterday...was reading an article about green tea and how it speeds up your metabolism and helps to burn off the fat...figure i will try it for a few days and see how it works...mom was drinkin it...but got tired of makin so many bathroom visits...hahahah...and it does do that for sure...well gonna get up an make the bed...mabye put a sweatshirt on...alittle cool in the house this morning...or i could pull a chattycathy an just get back under them nice warm covers...ahahahha....have a greattttttt one...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU
ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR
TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE
EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO
300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!
11. AND AS LISA ONLINE WOULD SAY...."Have Fun"! TOWANDA!!!!!

Good Morning! No warm covers for me this morning. lol I am up early and going to exercise soon and get ready to make the treck to London. I have some green tea. I think I will see what it does for me. 2 more days till the gym..Good for you! 2 more days back to work...boooo for me. lol Have a great day...

i didnt go back to bed..stayed up...an started my day..with a cup of green tea...just ate lunch...little early but made it 18 hours on detox...so thats good...
