Another year, another diet... just kidding!!! I started my favourite plan: 6 weeks body make over (6WBMO) and I know I can do it. Since I'm still doing some study and staying late cookies ended up squeezed on the meals but it is very temporarily. At least I got hold of the calories, even with the cookies and was able to keep under my target.
I really want to reach my goal this year, and I'm giving myself a good target date: 25th May 2011, despite the plan shows that I can reach my target in 6 to 12 weeks.
