It entails losing about a pound a day eating 2oz of food twice a day. It is not healthy, but neither is obseity. No matter, Im back on Atkins. A new chapter from the same story has begun.

It's so interesting to hear all of the different diets on here. I'm with the theory that you have to do what works for you. You'll do it!
