Hi y'all! Let me tell you...I fell off the wagon last week and I fell HARD! D=
As I was laying in bed praying Friday night, I was heavily convicted of my eating habits. I know what I need to do but this last week--I just DIDN'T do it. As I was laying there asking God to help heal my body the PCOS, Hypothyroidism and Insulin Resistance I couldn't help but feel a LITTLE stupid.
Yes, we serve a wonderful God who can heal, but I find it kind of hypocritical of myself to be asking for healing when I'm not doing MY part. I'm not eating right and getting active.
So, I was convicted to do better. And, now here I am. I'm am BACK and ready to go! LET'S DO THIS!
