I started in september at 178 lbs, before I found this website. I'm disappointed no one has noticed my weighloss. My clothes all fit a lot looser.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, sorry all! I meant no one in my real life has taken notice that I've lost weight. I've noticed in my clothes and jewelry and face. This time last year, I was at 185. I'm so glad to have this website to help me along!
