Okai so I usually track on my fitness pal but I stumbled upon this website today and I see everyone is super supportive.
Im currently into week 3 of a no carb diet (with one cheat meal a week)
Im starting to struggle with my breakfast though; ideally a quick breakfast is something on toast, cereal or oats.. I can have none of these and most cold days I want something hot for breakfast. there is only so much eggs and bacon I can eat before completely boring myself.
Ive found a spoonful of honey in hot water before bed helps speed up my metabolism and keeps my sugar craving down: im a right sucker for chocolate and sweeties.

Hello there, I'm on my 4th day of low-carb eating habits (aiming for 20 or less) myself. I wish I could say I have lots of great tips for you, but my main staple is the omelette! :) What about specialty breads? My friend just showed me a website: Dreamfields, low carb pasta, breads, etc... if you are able to purchase product online, it might help relieve some of the boredom and spruce up your breakfast options! (It looked like there was even a kit for making bread on your own...yum!) Good luck, I'll be needing motivational tips in a few weeks time myself :D Cheers! Ps...Russell Stover and the Atkins Endulge series(one tastes like a snickers bar!) are a blessing when it comes to low-carb chocolate/sweets (the malitol/sorbital doesn't spike the insulin therefore the net* carbs are extremely low!)...so absolutely endulge ;)
