A gain this week? Really...Um, YESSS. I didn't eat very well this week--especially this weekend. I was expecting a gain, so I wasn't surprised. It's back on plan today. I need to be on plan...I feel really yucky! Ew.
Hope everyone had a great weekend. Also, if you've been part of the snow storm--please stay safe! We got a few inches here last night and we might get a little more.
