I received a VERY interesting perspective on weight loss yesterday... at the gym I work out at, they have 2 pumpkins displayed for members to see. One of those pumpkins is labeled 5 # and the other is labeled 10 #. It was incredible to see the size and feel the weight of the 10# pumpkin. SO I say to all my FS Buddies that have lost SOOOO much weight... SPECIAL CONGRATS to all for your SIGNIFICANT weight loss! Your "pumpkins" lost are VERY BIG and heavy! :)
