Finally the scale has started moving again. It has been 5-6 weeks with no loss. It was starting to bother me, but I did a good look at all the other positive issues and kept to the plan. I can walk further than I have been able to in the last 15 years, my clothes are all too big, I can sit on almost any chair without the fear of it collapsing, I can fit in a booth when dining out, it's all so good. For all you who are struggling with a plateau, just keep going. You will only fail if you quit.

Thats great george! things have been slow for me too but inches have been pouring off. This is an odd odd process my friend. I dont think I will ever understand it even in retrospect. I do agree the positives are amazing. New clothes new things I can do and new feelings about myself. We should give ourselves and a pat on the back buddy. You are so on point with this journal! You are the man!
