It was a great day. Had the day off and spent an hour riding my (stationary position)bike this morning outside on the porch. Had a video of riding through the fall leave since there is few fall colors where we live. Then did some light weights and stretching yoga. It felt so good to be moving more than just steps today. Stayed under the 1500 calorie limit too.
