Today I had to go to a restaurant for a birthday lunch. I did not eat the whole meal but I had bread and dessert. Now I plan to go to the gym to work it off. I may not work it off but I will feel less guilty. I will have a light supper tonight. I had a light breakfast. I choose a lunch celebration because I am hoping I can use the rest of the day to burn off the extra calories.

I am trying to restrict my eating from 10 am to 6 pm today. This evening after 6 pm I will drink fluids (water & coffee) with no calories. I am trying the Hugh Jackman diet tips to see if it will work for my metabolism. My metabolism rate is close to the rate of a slug!
