I am not sure what to record for my weight this week. I need a new scale so badly it isn't even funny. This morning it weighed me anywhere from 255 to 273. I was 267 last week.
I know I probably didn't have a loss this week, but I'm not so sure that I gained 6 pounds either. So, I just left it the same as last week...
Last week I only had ONE day of completely clean eating. The other days I would do fine all day until I got home from work, then it was all downhill. *sigh*
This week I am going to focus on CLEAN eating. I'll be having my shakes for breakfast again too--that seemed to help before and they're tasty too.
I am so thirsty. I'm going to guzzle a bottle of water and then hit the hay. Gotta work in the morning.
