I am not sure what to record for my weight this week. I need a new scale so badly it isn't even funny. This morning it weighed me anywhere from 255 to 273. I was 267 last week.

I know I probably didn't have a loss this week, but I'm not so sure that I gained 6 pounds either. So, I just left it the same as last week...

Last week I only had ONE day of completely clean eating. The other days I would do fine all day until I got home from work, then it was all downhill. *sigh*

This week I am going to focus on CLEAN eating. I'll be having my shakes for breakfast again too--that seemed to help before and they're tasty too.

I am so thirsty. I'm going to guzzle a bottle of water and then hit the hay. Gotta work in the morning.

Wow you definitely need a new scale lol. Congrats on the 30lbs lost so far! What are you eating to follow clean eating, like no processed food or chemicals? I haven't taken on purely clean eating yet. I want to one day though.

Hi! "Clean" eating for me is avoiding refined carbohydrates and sugar. I tend to eat a low(er) carb diet. I am Insulin Resistant so my body doesn't react very well to most carbs and sugar. I like to keep my carbs between 20-40 grams per day and lots of fiber!
