ggggggooood monday morning everyone!!!!...brrrr....sssssixteen outisde with a wwwind chill of 2....guess that means no walk or gym time today ...ccccause im cold just ttthinkin about it...the rain changed over to freezin rain, then after that im not sure, ive looked out but hard to tell when its still dark out...the wind finally did stop...yesterday it was 56 outside but windy...today its to dang cold to even want to get out...my friend called last night an asked if i wanted to come out an help him with a car, that he would have a fire going....hehehe...i think im gonna have to call today an say sorry bud...but im stayin in where its warm today...even though we didnt get the bad weather they at first talked about glad i went ahead an got the extra errands done, lest now they are done an im ahead of schedule for the next time...well need to get up an straighten the covers out on the bed and make it...just got done with breakfast...not to sure what im gonna find to do today inside...but im sure il find something to keep me occupied...hope everyone enjoys the day...catch you all later...

Visualize Your Success!You've heard it before: The mind is a powerful thing. But it's so true — you can train your mind to visualize success, just as you can train your body to achieve it! And when you're stuck in a rut, it helps to know you have the ability — however subconscious — to do something about it! Here are some ways to tap into your brainpower:
* Put it on paper. Write down what you want. Is it to fit into your size 6 jeans? Reduce your cholesterol by 15 points? To complete five full push-ups or a 40-mile bike ride? Get it down on paper and then post it on your bulletin board or slip it in your wallet so you see it every day. It'll be a constant reminder of what you want to accomplish!
* Say it out loud. Tell your relatives, friends, coworkers, and most important, yourself about your goal. Create a mantra (I will drop 10 percent of my body weight by spring!) and recite it often. Revealing your desires will give you the confidence to believe in yourself — and others the chance to encourage you along the way.
* Shut off negative thoughts. When doubts start creeping in, stop them dead in their tracks by repeating your mantra, turning the negative into a positive (nope, you're not too tired to walk the final mile!), or simply finding a way to distract yourself (call a friend to chat about an unrelated topic like an upcoming vacation!). Next thing you know, you'll be faking it 'til you make it!
