goooooooooooood mornin...up an getting ready to eat breakfast...drizzlin outside with snow flakes just above us...chance of snow, but at the moment looks like the snow might miss us again...only flurries anyways...an thats ok...getting ready to head out an do a morning stationary bike ride..feeling so much better...took some echineacha and golden seal last 2-3 days and feeling so much better..so guess what ever bug was tryin to stop me in my tracks decided to go an attack someone else...had really planned to go walking this morning, but with the temp at 38 and a wind chill of 30, not sure how slick it is outside...wont really kno till i step out the door ...just feeling so much better im ready to get a workout once again...an get back into a regular habit once again...dvd workout is ok...i think i did mabye 4 minutes out of a 10 min dance the fat off yesterday..just not my thing...i would rather go walking in the freezing cold then do a dvd...lol...and i have done 2 mile walks when it was 0 outside...not to many days like that...but back when i was walking everyday not to much kept me from gettin in my morning workouts....i do miss my walking...and if its not slick...mabye i can do a morning walk this morning....will just have to layer up and then find out when i go out....well..times i wasting...and need to eat something and then layer up an decide what im gonna do for exercise...have a great one...

2.5 mile morning walk...felt so great for a change to walk and think...ive missed going for a morning walk so much...i just did one last week, but just miss doing them on a daily basis...temps outside...38 with wind chill 30...nice...once you get all layered up and steppin...



MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU
ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR
TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE
EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO
300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!

Well glad you are feeling better and are getting out to do your walk. lol shows how people are so different. I would rather do 10 dvd's than go for a walk in the cold. Have a great Saturday!!!
