No more Halloween candy! Actually, I've had to take 95% of sugar out of my diet not for weight loss purposes (as I've never done that), but for skin reasons. I find my hormones balance themselves out nicely and my skin clears up when sugar and especially diary are limited big time. So, this is my lot in life...I guess we all have our dietary crosses to bear. Now, I must accept this fact not for losing weight, but for other health reasons.

My skin improved once I gave up processed carbs in crackers and bread - I'd had recurring acne forever. We didn't buy Halloween candy this year ~ I didn't miss it.

Yup, I've had to put my bread basket away too. Basically, no dairy, extremely limited amount of sugar and bread. I'm telling ya let the good times roll! Oh well, if this keeps my chin from becoming a zit farm; I can pass on the triggers that throw my hormones to all hell. Thanks for stopping by Bells!
