Heading to the Dr for routine blood work today at 4:00... It needs to be a fasting blood draw, so I haven't eaten ALL day! I'm STARVED! I'm afraid I will PIG OUT tonight at din! :-/

Eat a protein and fiber rich snack right after they draw your blood, plus lots of water. It should curb your hunger enough to let you exercise good control tonight at dinner. Good luck :-)

Great advice Yo... i just hope i can follow up with your recommendation BEFORE i sit down and eat the ENTIRE tray of Lazagna I made on sunday... which i KNOW will be DELICIOUS and FATENNING! LOL

lol it sounds delicious! Take the snack with you, and eat it on the way home, silly. That way you don't have to choose between a snack or the lasagna. Pasta always wins that dirty little showdown.

I like the snack idea. That should really help. Also, make a cup of beef bullion as soon as you get home. The warm liquid will really help fill you up and make you feel more satisfied than a cold snack

The snack idea is perfect...I have to get blood drawn Monday at 11am and I am totally rolling up in that office with my snacks...lol Good luck :)
