goooooood sunday morning everyone...18 outside this morning 8 with the wind chill...decided to take another day off..besides i noticed yesterday when i was in the gym i didnt really feel rested, was hard to get my workout in..so this morning right before the alarm clock went off i decided since it was so cold out, id just sleep in and take another day off...hate to miss workouts, but better to give my body the rest, then go to the gym an not really get a great workout in...or get ther an then decide im not in the mood...i was lookin at my steps yesterday on walktracker, and today if i had gone an done 9,000 which lately ive been doing around 13,000 or so, i would have hit 1 million steps since july 08...so guess il just have to do that tomow...was to cold to do wood yesterday with the wind chill an all....so guessin we are gonna do it monday or tuesday before the snow gets here...not really sure as when i talked to friend yesterday all he said was it was just to cold to think about it...lol...told him he should of been out at 4am....lol..well...since im not going to the gym...might go bck an crawl bck into bed and get another winky or 2...catch you all later....im gonna go an hybernate....lol....

LOL Do not balme you at all , Mr. mike! I woke up this morning at 5:00 and could not get back to sleep so I have been up and doing. Stop rubbing off on me!! LOL Nah Ia m up because I had a disppointing day yesterday and wasted the rest of it away and went to bed early. So I woke up and could not get back to sleep so I have been up and doign stuff I should done a long time ago, instead ;)

must be somethin in the air...like the cold weather...lol...im up again..an gettin ready to get more water in me, and make the bed, an then hopefully get on the floor to do some crunches..and other exercises just to limber up for the day...

well mabye you need to drop kick my scales..still no change in the scales, but the jeans are gettin closer to fittin...lol..

thats ok twin!!!...when i was on santas lap other day at walmart i told him i could use a set of scales that liked me...lol

My husband just came in from working out next to the space heater in the garage and announced "I'm in for the day!" I relate! It is cold here in the Midwest!
