I have finally re-entered "One-derland"!!!! 198.4 lbs. Over 7 lbs lost this week, which makes up for the grindingly slow progress I've seen for the last month. My goal of 168 lbs by the end of the year actually looks possible again.

Wow! 7 lbs, in one week!??? Congratulations on re-entering Onederland! I'm stuck in a rut these days, so I will think of you and your progress for inspiration.

Thank you everyone! I was pretty amazed myself and even weighed myself three times over to make sure! I think it was the result of two things: firstly, the previous week I was pre-menstrual, which might have masked what I actually lost that week. Secondly, I deliberately dropped about 100 cals a day from my diet (from 1500 to 1400), to give my system a bit of a jolt. Hopefully, the big loss that resulted wasn't just a fluke that I'll pay for next week!
